Riverside United Methodist Church is conveniently located minutes from I-94  and I-196 in Riverside, Michigan. We offer traditional worship services every Sunday at 9:30am and look forward to your visit.

Our sanctuary offers a warm decor, comfortable chairs, and ample seating for up to 225 people. Whether you are planning a large or small wedding, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding renting our church. The raised altar has accompanying rails if you prefer and we have an ample selection of candelabras and banners for your event. A piano, organ, or speaker system is also at your disposal, capable of handling all your microphone or musical requirements. We can also provide you with a list of local pianists or organists who are available for hire.


If you are planning a shower, please consider our Fellowship Hall. This is smaller, more casual venue. A full kitchen is attached for your catering needs. The Fellowship Hall is bright and airy and perfect for party decorations. The kitchen is equipped with a deep double basin aluminum sink, refrigerator, stove, and plenty of counterspace.


Perhaps you are interested in hosting an outdoor event? Take advantage of our Pavilion, located directly behind the church. This area offers a cement pad and wooden pavilion erected over picnic tables. Surrounded by lush, green trees and plenty of shade, the Pavilion is perfect for cookouts!
