ABOUT US

OUR VISION

We here at Riverside seek to live out two central tenets of our Christian faith: love our God and love our neighbour.

Everyone comes to God in different times and different ways. No matter where you find yourself in relationship to the universe, we offer the chance here at Riverside to explore and live out your faith.

Loving our neighbour is one of the greatest commandments Jesus gave us. Regardless of one's gender, race, sexual orientation, education or class, ALL, including refugees are invited to be a part of our family. We also believe that love of neighbour is not something that is just done with words, but involves actions as well. We seek to bring justice and equity to those whose experiences have been marginalized. Our Outreach ministries bring love to those both in our church and in the wider community.

History of Riverside United

Riverside United Church is a newly amalgamated church. In 2018, Northlea United in Laval, Christ Church United in Two Mountains, Rosemere Memorial United and Ste Therese United all came together to form one community of faith: Riverside.

For information about these churches and any documents concerning them, please contact us.

Riverside Youth Group

Our Youth Group here at Riverside welcomes any young person to explore God through activities, games, prayers and stories. Whether it's your first time at church or you come every Sunday, there is always something new to do.

In our Youth Group you'll have the chance to make new friends, create your own projects and spend some time relaxing and having fun.

The Youth Group meets at 11:00am every Sunday at the church.
